Human Resources Manager

Overview
We are a leading provider of ammonia refrigeration systems, committed to operational excellence, sustainable growth, and a collaborative workplace culture. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, employee relations, and payroll administration. This role requires hands-on experience with Vista and ADP for processing payroll, and a strong understanding of HR compliance and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll using Vista and ADP
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and support audits
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll reconciliation and reporting
• Update and enforce HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, including payroll administration
• Proficiency in Vista and ADP
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
