Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of employment and labor law, talent acquisition, and employee relations, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Duties

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Handle conflict management issues effectively to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Implement organization design strategies that align with business needs.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors for data analysis and reporting.
  • Manage payroll processes using tools like Paychex, Dayforce, or ADP.
  • Lead succession planning efforts to ensure continuity in key positions within the organization.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR department to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA, workers' compensation, and OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in program management and change management initiatives.
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with various HR software systems such as Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, Paylocity, or ATS platforms is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills for communicating HR policies and programs to employees and leadership teams. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour
