Human Resource Manager Job Description for Sri Maha Hostel

Key Responsibilities:

- *Recruitment and Staffing*: Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.

- *Employee Relations*: Foster positive employee relations, address demands, grievances, or other issues, and provide guidance to management and employees.

- *Training and Development*: Assess training needs, design training programs, and monitor their effectiveness.

- *Performance Management*: Oversee performance appraisals, provide feedback, and coach employees for improvement.

- *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- *Benefits Administration*: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

- *Record Keeping*: Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HR metrics.

Requirements:

- *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- *Experience*: 2-5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

- *Skills*:

- *Leadership and Strategic Planning*: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- *Communication and Interpersonal Skills*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.

- *Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills*: Ability to analyze HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.

- *Knowledge of HR Systems and Databases*: Familiarity with HR software systems, such as Oracle, Workday, or BambooHR.

- *Improve Employee Engagement*: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and motivation.

- *Enhance Recruitment Process*: Streamline the recruitment process to attract top talent and reduce time-to-hire.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,150.90 - ₹50,803.51 per month
