Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for fostering a positive company culture and supporting the well-being and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and posting advertisements to conducting interviews and issuing offer letters.
- Source and screen candidates for various roles, including skilled and semi-skilled labor, engineers, and administrative staff.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Conduct new employee orientation to ensure a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.
- Manage all documentation and processes related to employee joining and exit.
- HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing in coordination with the accounts department.
- Performance Management & Employee Relations:
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and queries, providing guidance and resolution in a fair and confidential manner.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events to boost morale and productivity.
- Policy & Procedures:
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Recommend and implement improvements to HR processes to enhance efficiency.
- Health & Safety:
- Work with the management to promote a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols in the manufacturing facility.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree in HR is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
- Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in India.
- Experience with HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliances.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
