Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall HR & Admin activities of the organization.
  • Handle government liaisoning work related to labor laws, factory compliance, PF/ESIC, etc.
  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leave records, and discipline.
  • Oversee recruitment, joining formalities, induction, and employee relations.
  • Prepare HR letters, notices, and circulars as required.
  • Maintain and update employee records in ERP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
  • Handle office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Generate and maintain reports in Excel and Word for management review.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
  • Good computer knowledge with data entry and report generation.
  • Typing and drafting official letters, notices, and communication.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin roles.
  • Strong knowledge of government compliance and liaisoning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
