Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The responsibilities include recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR strategies that support business growth. The role also involves developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and staffing
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance
• Strong strategic thinking and HR strategy implementation skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the marketing or media industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,184.85 - ₹60,000.80 per month
