The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and practices, and aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives. The HR Manager plays a key role in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage job postings, interview processes, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Mediate conflicts and ensure a fair, consistent approach to employee relations.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems and track employee development.
- Coach managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
- Monitor employee engagement and retention strategies.
- HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits to maintain HR records and reporting standards.
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
- Support employee growth and career progression initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits programs, and employee incentives.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation practices.
- HR Strategy & Reporting
- Develop HR strategies to support organizational growth and change management.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
