HR Manager Female

Location: Sulthan Bathery

Qualification: Master’s degree in HRM

Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities:

Planning, implementing and assessing human resources policies, programs, and practice to maintain and improve the organization.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business.

Nurture a positive working environment.

Requirements and Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational abilities.

Enthusiasm for contributing to HR initiatives that enhance employee experience.

Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
