Job Summary

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and help shape a positive workplace culture. You’ll oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and more—playing a key role in supporting our mission and our people.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Manage benefits administration and employment records
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws and HR regulations
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations
• Maintain calm, assertive leadership when resolving employee concerns

Requirements:

• 
  Required: 3+ years of HR experience
• Preferred: PHR or SPHR certification
• Preferred: Experience in health care
• Required: Strong computer literacy
• Highly Preferred: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Familiarity with California labor laws
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• In office job 8 am to 4 pm
