HR Executive / HR Generalist (4–5 Years Experience)

Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh (Local candidates preferred or open to relocation)

CTC: Negotiable based on experience and selection

Gender Preference: Women candidates preferred

Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and English (Read, Write, Speak)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional with 4–5 years of relevant experience, well-versed in statutory compliance and local state labor laws of Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to manage end-to-end HR responsibilities independently. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
