d'strict is a design company that creates innovative spatial experiences by developing content with digital media technology. Our company has always kept pace with the development of technology since its establishment in 2004. Today, d'strict provides custom-developed content upon request (Commercial Service), offers clients a license to media art content, and operates our own exhibition venues (Art Service).

d'strict is the creator of numerous highly-acclaimed public art projects, including at K-Pop Square in Seoul, and at Times Square, New York. We are also the producer and operator of "ARTE MUSEUM," the most popular media art exhibition space in Korea. [ARTE MUSEUM]

ARTE MUSEUM is an immersive media art exhibition space presented by d'strict, acclaimed for creating the public media art 'WAVE' at COEX in Korea. Exhibits at the ARTE MUSEUM center around the theme 'ETERNAL NATURE', reinterpreting various elements and spaces in nature as immersive media art. The artworks, brought to life through the fusion of various digital media technologies and visual creativity, capture nature's eternal attributes and realistic presentation, allowing visitors to experience nature unconstrained by time and space.

ARTE MUSEUM is a global exhibition brand that launched its first venue in Jeju, South Korea, in September 2020. Since its inception, ARTE MUSEUM has extended its reach to major cities around the globe, establishing itself as a popular exhibition with a cumulative total of five million visitors. It has also won several global design awards, including the iF Design Award.

[담당업무]

• 채용 프로세스 관리:

- JD 검토, 공고 업로드, 인터뷰 진행, Offer/Background check, ADP 등록

• 인사규정 및 제도 수립:

- 미국 현지 법규 및 운영 환경을 반영한 인사규정 및 제도 수립

• 온보딩/오프보딩 진행:

- E-Verify, Payroll/HR System 입력, Soft landing 지원, 퇴직 및 보험 처리

• Payroll & 복리후생 관리:

- ADP Bi-weekly Payroll, PTO/401K, 보험(Open enrollment, Invoice review)

• Employee Data 관리:

- Master Data Update, HR Forms 관리

• 인사평가·보상:

- Promotion Review, Mid/Year-end Evaluation, Annual Salary Adjustment 지원

• Employee Relations & Compliance:

- 고충상담 및 직원 관계 관리, Employee Handbook Update, Compliance Monitoring

- 미국 연방 및 주별 노동법 준수 및 HR 대응 (근로조건, 휴가·퇴직·보험 등 관련 법규)

• Training:

- 신규 입사자 Orientation 및 의무 교육(Harassment, Safety)

• HR Communication:

- 본사 GHR 및 각 법인 GM과의 커뮤니케이션 및 HR 이슈 대응

[자격요건]

• 8년 이상의 미국 HR 실무 경험 보유, 독립적 업무 수행 가능자

• 미국 내 출장 가능자 (NV, CA, NY 등)

• 영어 원어민 수준의 구두·문서 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자

• 꼼꼼하고 디테일한 업무 수행 능력 보유자

• 다양한 문화·배경을 가진 직원들과 원활히 협업 및 소통할 수 있는 자

• 위기 상황 대응 및 문제 해결 능력이 뛰어난 자

• 우선순위에 따른 효율적 업무 처리 및 기한 내 목표 달성 능력 보유자

• 미국 연방 및 주별 노동법에 대한 이해와 실무 적용 능력 보유자

*Salary: $80,000 ~ $100,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
