• Strong ability to manage people and communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
• Up-to-date understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Skill in resolving employee disputes and addressing workplace issues.

Qualification

• knowledge of HR practices across recruitment, development, compensation, and employee relations.
