Human Resources Manager

Sanjivini Super Speciality Hospital is a 100 bedded super specialty tertiary care hospital, located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Enriched with a team of exceptionally experienced medical practitioners and supported by state of art infrastructure, we are a group of highly dedicated individuals serving the society.

We are looking for LUCKNOW based HR Professional

  • INR 25,000 - 35,000 per month (dependent on experience)
  • Full-time role
  • Company mobile provided for official use

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in recruitment activities by screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Documentation: Preparing HR documents, such as offer letters, employee handbooks, and compliance paperwork.
  • Employee Relations: Serving as a point of contact for employee questions and assisting with HR-related inquiries and grievances.
  • Benefits & Payroll: Providing support for payroll processing, benefits administration, and managing related employee data.
  • Policy Implementation: Helping to create, update, and communicate company policies and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as Human Resource Assistant or other recruiting-related role, preferably in healthcare industry.
  • MBA in HR, Business or relevant field.
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
  • Experience of using HR software and social networks for recruiting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
