We are seeking a highly driven and versatile HR Lead to manage our internal HR operations and simultaneously contribute to our business development by engaging with new clients and supporting their HR functions.

Key Responsibilities Internal HR Management (Citadel HMC Staff)

· Lead the full HR function for Citadel’s internal team, covering the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and offboarding).

· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with UAE labor law and company culture.

· Drive employee engagement, training & development, and talent retention strategies.

· Manage HR systems, employee files, and ensure regulatory compliance at all times.

· Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Client-Facing HR Services & Business Development

· Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for Citadel’s HR consultancy services.

· Act as the HR point-of-contact for clients, delivering outsourced HR solutions including recruitment, policy development, HR audits, and compliance.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

· Collaborate with the Business Development team to create proposals, pitch HR services, and close deals.

· Keep abreast of industry trends to design innovative HR solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

· Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.

· Proven track record in both HR operations and business development/client servicing.

· Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, consultancy-driven environment.

· A self-starter with strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
