We are an established contracting company based in Dubai, seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer + Accountant to join our team. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in both Human Resources and Accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Handle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate leave management, visa renewals, and medical insurance processing.
Accounting:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar dual-role capacity.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and accounting principles.
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
