HR Executive - Payroll

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain payroll records, employee data, and salary information in HRMS
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, WPS regulations, and company policies
  • Handle employee benefits, deductions, and final settlements (gratuity, leave encashment, etc.)
  • Liaise with Finance Department for payroll reconciliations and audits
  • Resolve payroll-related queries from employees with efficiency and discretion
  • Prepare payroll reports and analytics for management review
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws, compensation structures, and statutory requirements
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll data
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting payroll costs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in real estate or a fast-paced sector
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/payroll software, and WPS compliance
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor laws, gratuity, and payroll compliance
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
