JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions, including payroll, statutory compliance (PF & ESI), employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, administrative tasks, and office management. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Payroll & Compliance:
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other applicable labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records related to salary, attendance, and statutory deductions.
2. Employee Relations:
- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive work culture and resolve internal conflicts professionally.
- Conduct regular employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
- Handle smooth exit formalities, full and final settlements, and exit interviews.
4. Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure company HR policies are up to date and compliant with labor laws.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to internal compliance standards.
5. Administrative & Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and maintain office hygiene.
- Support logistics for meetings, events, and office activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, PF & ESI, and HR compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
