Role Overview
We are looking for a mature and responsible HR Manager (preferably female, 30+) who can independently manage the complete Human Resources function. The ideal candidate should bring a balanced, professional, and empathetic approach to handling people and processes. She will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and overall HR administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire HR department and its functions independently.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing candidates to onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.
- Conduct exit formalities including full & final settlement, relieving, and feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
- Support management in performance appraisals, training, and organizational development.
- Act as a bridge between management and staff, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Ensure smooth office administration and employee welfare activities.
Requirements
- Female candidate, aged 30 years or above (preferably married).
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in HR management or similar roles.
- Strong sense of ownership, discipline, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-handling skills.
- Should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
- Sound understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
