Human Resources Manager

Jones Plastic & Engineering is looking for an experienced HR Manager at our Williamsburg, KY division. As a key member of the management team the HR Manager has responsibility for the following:

1. Manage duties and responsibilities of Payroll Administrator and Receptionist.

2. Manage and maintain paperwork and files related to and involving personnel records and all related documentation.

3. Manage all worker’s compensation claims and conduct accident investigations and insure compliance with workplace safety programs.

4. Communication and interpretation of company policies and procedures.

5. Manage disciplinary and termination process with front line supervisors and Managers.

6. Interview new employees.

7. Conduct and coordinate New Employee Orientation process.

8. Assist employees with Benefit and Payroll issues

9. Other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Training:

  • Degree and/or certification in HR Management or related studies preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years HR Management level experience.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills, oral and written.
  • Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.
  • Must be able to deal with multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
