Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right talent and that employees are supported throughout their employment journey. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of employment and labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate career development.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective conflict management and resolution strategies.
- Conduct data analysis for HR metrics to inform decision-making processes related to human capital management.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Supervise HR staff, providing guidance on HR sourcing, organization design, and program management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to workforce planning and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws by staying updated on changes in legislation affecting HR practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation processes.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives within an HR context.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for presentations and interpersonal interactions at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
