What You’ll Do

As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll lead a small but mighty HR team and help shape the next phase of IPS’s growth. You’ll partner with leadership to make IPS one of the best places to work in the industry.

You will:

• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Lead employee engagement, culture, and recognition programs
• Manage benefits and compliance with excellence and care
• Coach managers and support team members through challenges
• Streamline HR systems and improve how we work

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of federal and Arizona employment laws
• Experience supporting multi-location or field teams (construction/trades a plus)
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
