What You’ll Do

As our Human Resource Manager, you’ll serve as both a strategic partner and a trusted advisor to leadership and team members. You’ll lead all aspects of HR independently, with the support and collaboration of our management team. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving a proactive talent acquisition strategy to attract top dental and administrative professionals — including RDHs, clinical team members, and dental providers.
• Partnering with leadership to design efficient systems that strengthen communication, streamline processes, and improve retention.
• Managing payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and compliance with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Supporting training, certification, and professional development for clinical and administrative staff.
• Analyzing compensation and benefits trends to maintain competitive and engaging programs.
• Leading employee relations, recognition, and engagement initiatives that enhance company culture.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices across all locations.

Who You Are

• A self-starter who excels working independently while collaborating effectively with leadership teams
• Skilled in recruiting and developing talent across both clinical and administrative functions
• Experienced HR leader (5+ years) with broad generalist or management background — dental or medical experience preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building efficient systems that support people and performance
• Bachelor’s degree required; SPHR certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
