👥 What You’ll Do?

• Lead all HR operations and strategy across recruitment, performance, and culture.

• Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and design org structures.

• Build scalable HR systems for onboarding, employee experience, and talent growth.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and employer branding initiatives.

• Oversee performance management, compensation planning, and training programs.

• Develop and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance and a great work environment.

• Act as a cultural ambassador—help shape how we work, grow, and celebrate at Slayz.

🧩 Who You Are?

• 4+ years of experience in human resources, ideally within tech or startup environments.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor law, and organizational development.

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a people-first approach.

• Experienced in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management systems.

• Organized, analytical, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
