We are looking for the Human Resources Manager for this unique property

What will I be doing?
Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing first-class team member relations services to the General Manager and management team to deliver an excellent team member experience while assisting with Human Resources strategy and will be required to support employee relations and ensure compliance with team member training requirements. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Provide and deliver first-class Team Member Relations services to General Manager and management team
  • Assist General Manager with Human Resources strategy including succession planning for team members
  • Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinary, grievances, and capability
  • Take role in candidate interviews and hiring process
  • Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate legal checks are carried out
  • Make sure employee food, lockers, back of the house are up to Hilton standards
  • Help achieve departmental goals
  • Support the Training Supervisor to achieve departmental training requirements
  • Control costs when possible and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets
  • Ensure pay reviews/absence monitoring/wage queries are managed in line with company guidelines
  • Assist and resolve team member and management queries

What are we looking for?
A Human Resources Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar role
  • Excellent command of Turkish and English
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and regulations
  • IT proficiency- Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
  • Hilton Hotels experience is an advantage
