What You’ll Do...

Fortis Franchise Group is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead HR operations across a fast-growing, multi-location organization. This role oversees HR systems, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting while managing and developing a small HR team.

• Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, consistency, and efficiency.
• Manage HR systems for payroll, reporting, and workforce data.
• Oversee benefits administration, leaves of absence, and employee support through a ticketing system.
• Drive high-volume recruiting efforts, leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline hiring and enhance candidate experience.
• Support employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives across the organization.
• Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration.
• Provide data-driven HR insights to leadership on turnover, staffing, and employee experience.

What We’re Looking For...

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience with strong recruiting background.
• Experience with Paycor or comparable HRIS/payroll system.
• Proven ability to manage leaves, benefits, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with AI recruiting platforms and ticketing systems for HR inquiries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to balance strategic and hands-on work.
