Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will oversee essential HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies and policies, managing employee engagement programs, handling compliance and regulatory matters, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the role involves partnering with department heads to address workforce planning needs and support talent development initiatives to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of Compliance, Regulatory Requirements, and HR Policies
  • Skills in Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving
  • Experience with HR software and data-driven decision-making tools
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
  • Previous experience in a mid-to-large organization or tech-driven environment is a plus
