Human Resources Manager

• Recruitment and hiring: Manage the process from posting job openings and reviewing resumes to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Compensation and benefits: Develop and manage compensation strategies and administer employee benefits programs.
• Training and development: Create and implement training programs to develop employees and support future business needs.
• Employee relations: Mediate employee disputes, manage performance issues, and promote a healthy and positive work environment.
• Legal compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensure the company complies with them, and maintain HR records
