Role Overview:
As an HR Manager at Uniprep, you’ll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and team engagement. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
• Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Support HR operations and company culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads for resource planning and hiring needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
• Basic knowledge of HR tools or processes is a plus.
• Freshers most welcome.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
