Responsible for Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Induction Training, Performance Evaluation and Appraisal System, Identification of Training needs and their execution, Employee engagement and Motivational Programs, Talent retention, Maintaining HR Records and employee data.
Also, Career Planning, Grievance Handling and ensuring all Relevant Compliances.
The Candidate should be an HR Professional with min 10 years relevant experience.
