Job Title: Human Resources Manager (Multi-Business Support)

About the Role

We are looking for a structured, people-focused HR Manager to manage hiring, onboarding, training, culture, and HR processes across multiple companies operated by the Founder.

This role requires someone who can create systems, handle diverse teams, and support fast-growing businesses in sectors like fintech, sports, wellness, consumer brands, and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Understand hiring needs across different business verticals
• Draft job descriptions, post roles, screen CVs, and manage end-to-end hiring
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate final rounds
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements

2. Onboarding & Documentation

• Prepare offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and onboarding kits
• Conduct smooth onboarding and induction sessions
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and compliance documentation

3. HR Operations & Policy

• Create and implement HR policies and SOPs for teams
• Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and employee queries
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR standards

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Build a positive and motivated work culture
• Plan engagement activities, team check-ins, and feedback systems
• Mediate team issues and ensure healthy communication

5. Performance Management

• Assist with KPIs, appraisal cycles, performance tracking
• Schedule review meetings and maintain performance documentation

6. Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and arrange relevant training sessions
• Support managers in building high-performance teams

Requirements

• 2–6 years of HR experience (Generalist or HRBP preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in fast-paced or multi-business/startup environments
• Ability to manage multiple teams across different industries
• Knowledge of HR compliance, labour laws, and documentation
• Highly organised, confidential, and people-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
