Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview and participate in the selection process
- Responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding
- Review, prepare, and administer offer terms for new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation analyses, and incentives plans
- Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and offboarding procedures
- Prepare reports as needed to meet local and corporate requirements
- Review, revise, and operate HR policies, such as pay schemes, evaluation systems, determination of appropriate staffing levels etc.
- Provide guidance and counsel to employees relative to policy administration and interpretation
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative HR functions
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism) to identify trends
- Assist managers with succession planning and development discussions
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
- Participate in workforce planning and budgeting to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Calculate, proceed and manage monthly payroll taxes, insurance, and other statutory withholdings for all employees
- Maintain and update payroll records and documentation
- Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k)s, STD, LTD, FMLA and vacations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience covering multiple HR functions.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws to ensure company compliance
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of customer service skills
- HR Software Experience(ADP, Oracle ERP etc.), MS office skills(Excel, Power Point) preferred.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
