About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Human Resources professional to support and manage HR operations for CSR projects across Pan India. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, compliance, and coordination for field and office teams working under multiple CSR initiatives.

The candidate will work closely with the project coordination team, field staff, management, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR functioning and timely support to all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and compliance reports.
  • Support field teams with HR requirements, travel approvals, and manpower deployment.
  • Coordinate training, orientation, and capacity-building programs for staff.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth communication between field teams and management.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, performance tracking, and HR MIS updates.
  • Ensure HR policies, code of conduct, and organizational guidelines are followed across all field locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in HR operations or recruitment preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
