About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive/HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding, documentation, and induction for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Manage employee queries, grievances, and support positive employee relations.
  • Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and monthly HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and labour laws.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and office events.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Assist with performance reviews and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR (minimum 1 year / as per requirement).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and HR software (preferred).
  • Understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,024.98 - ₹20,000.00 per month
