HR Executive –
Job Summary
We are seeking an HR professional who can manage recruitment, employee onboarding, policies, attendance, performance tracking, and overall HR operations. You will work closely with management to support company growth and ensure a smooth employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews
- Oversee onboarding, documentation, and employee induction
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and attendance management
- Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation
- Handle day-to-day employee queries professionally
- Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance & work logs
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Coordinate internships, training sessions, and performance evaluations
- Maintain a positive and productive work culture
- Work with management to support team expansion and operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR or Administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR tools
- Understanding of recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply (depending on role)
