We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources functions within a Training Center environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing HR operations in a driving school, training center, or similar organization, with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, recruitment for instructors and operations staff, and performance management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for driving instructors, customer service, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulatory authorities (RTA, MOHRE, etc.)
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and manpower planning to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct employee training and development programs to improve skills and service standards.
- Oversee HR budgeting, benefits administration, and staff welfare programs.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Driving Institute or Training Center in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of RTA regulations, instructor licensing, and UAE labor compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRMS software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.
