Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a real impact on a manufacturing team? Weâre looking for a
Human Resources Manager
to join our Pacific, MO plant as a key member of the leadership team. This role offers the chance to shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement, and support operational excellence across our facility.
What Youâll Do:

Act as a trusted HR partner to plant leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, staffing, compensation, benefits, performance management, and development initiatives.

Serve as the go-to resource for employees with questions about payroll, benefits, policies, or HR programs, offering clear solutions and support.

Coach managers and employees through HR-related challenges, from routine inquiries to more complex issues involving leave, incentives, or compliance.

Ensure the facility remains compliant with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, WARN, and EEO requirements.

Utilize HRIS systems like UKG and SAP to manage HR transactions, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Lead or contribute to HR projects, including organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.

Develop and implement strategies that align Human Capital initiatives with overall business goals, helping to strengthen leadership effectiveness and drive employee engagement.

Deliver training sessions as needed, such as new hire orientations or updates on HR programs and initiatives.
What Weâre Looking For:

Bachelorâs degree in a related field; PHR or SHRM certification a plus

7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting

1+ year of supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of recruiting, federal and state employment laws, FMLA, ADA, and EEO

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (UKG/Ultimate Software a plus)
