PurposeThe Human Resources Manager supports a variety of departments within the program with recruiting, training, employee management, benefits enrollment, orientation of new hires, and overall employee relations.Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement company culture, values, and policies</li><li>Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates</li><li>Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication</li><li>Advocate for employee retention and development</li><li>Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records</li><li>Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions</li></ul>Pay: $45,500.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human resources management: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
