Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources professional plays a crucial role in managing the organization's most valuable asset – its people. Responsible for various HR functions, this role involves implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• Proven experience in human resources roles.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.

Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth integration into the company.

2. Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts.

Promote a positive workplace culture.

3. Performance Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.

Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.

4. Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.

5. Compliance and Policy Implementation:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

6. HR Reporting:

Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.

Provide insights for strategic HR planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
