Job Location: Borivali East, Mumbai

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be organised, empathetic, and capable of building strong internal relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS databases.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle documentation including appointment letters, confirmations, and appraisals.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute engagement activities.
  • Conduct employee touchpoints, feedback sessions, and exit interviews.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and support employees with HR-related concerns.

4. Performance Management

  • Support managers in setting KRAs and tracking performance.
  • Coordinate mid-year and annual appraisal cycles.

5. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure company-wide communication.
  • Handle disciplinary processes when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR (Talent Acquisition / Generalist / Operations).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
