Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems. The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage benefits administration processes using systems like LOW, other insurance and benefits systems .
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, Workers' Compensation policies, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Lead performance management initiatives including employee evaluations, coaching, and conflict resolution to foster a high-performance culture.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality while managing conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Supervise HR sourcing efforts to identify staffing needs through strategic recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Oversee HRIS data collection, analysis skills, and process improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations.
- Manage payroll processes using systems such as Kronos or Dayforce ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct training & development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Lead change management projects to support organizational transformation efforts.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning related to human capital management and organizational growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with supervising experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent systems like ADP or Paychex.
- Excellent negotiation skills along with effective communication skills for presentation and interpersonal interactions.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and succession planning.
- Ability to analyze data collection reports for strategic decision-making using data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and project/program management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PHR are a plus. Pay: $54,974.30 - $66,205.61 per year
