  • Managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exits.
  • Handling hiring requirements across departments and coordinating with team heads for manpower planning.
  • Designing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes in line with company culture.
  • Managing payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and performance review cycles.
  • Acting as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives, team bonding activities, and workplace culture building.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal guidelines.
  • Maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR MIS reports.
  • Conducting performance appraisals and supporting leadership in talent development and retention.
  • Addressing employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
  • Being available during working hours and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
