- Managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exits.
- Handling hiring requirements across departments and coordinating with team heads for manpower planning.
- Designing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes in line with company culture.
- Managing payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and performance review cycles.
- Acting as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives, team bonding activities, and workplace culture building.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal guidelines.
- Maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR MIS reports.
- Conducting performance appraisals and supporting leadership in talent development and retention.
- Addressing employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Being available during working hours and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
