Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of Sakr Group.
- Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all operational regions.
- Design and execute effective onboarding, training, and development programs to foster employee growth.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Advise senior management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems to optimize efficiency.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting professional development and high performance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 year of experience in HR leadership role.
- CIPD Level 5 is a plus
- Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR management systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
