JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing HR functions across the assigned center(s), ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. This role involves managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and strategic HR planning. The HR Manager serves as a key partner to leadership, driving initiatives that foster a positive work culture, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Requirements:Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required, above average public speaking skills and experience in same; above average verbal and written skills; above average problem solving and conflict resolution skills; computer literacy, specifically Internet, email, Microsoft Office; proficient with payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications; ability to work evening hours and weekends as needed; willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time; and periodically work evening hours and weekends. TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS: This remote role requires 25% travel within the Kentucky and Cincinnati area to meet current operational needs. Residence within reasonable driving proximity is required.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years prior HR experience required.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: Valid drivers’ license. SHRM-CP preferred.
