LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Manager in Richmond, VA. This is a direct hire opportunity for a growing and fast paced company.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee full scope of human resources duties

· Lead recruitment

· Ensure everything is within compliance

· Manage employee evaluation and performance review processes

· Manage HR department expenses

· Assist HR department with any needs and special projects


Skills:

· Proven experience at the manager level

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to multitask

· Must possess wonderful organizational skills

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years minimum of human resources experience at a higher level

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Direct hire, Full Time
