· Managed end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, resume screening, candidate evaluation, offer rollout, documentation, and seamless new hire integration.

· Developed and implemented the annual manpower plan in collaboration with departmental heads.

· Designed and executed sourcing strategies aligned with budget and timeline constraints.

· Designed and conducted structured induction and orientation programs for new employees.

· Coordinated technical training requirements for new hires in collaboration with respective teams.

· Updated HR policies in line with organizational goals and best practices; ensured compliance through audits, training, and reporting.

· Generated and presented monthly HR analytics reports (attrition, manpower cost, hiring ratio) to support decision-making.

· Led the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR information systems and online records.

· Managed end-to-end exit processes including counseling, retention efforts, interviews, full & final settlement, and clearance.

· Conducted attrition analysis and translated insights into actionable improvements in employee management practices.

Supervised and managed transportation services (buses and utility vehicles) for staff.
