Job Title: HR Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, training, and employee engagement in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates via job portals (bulk & contract hiring)
• Conduct telephonic and video interviews; assess English communication skills
• Handle salary negotiations, onboarding, and training for new joiners
• Manage appraisals, employee meetings, and HR notices
• Oversee payroll, salary processing, and employee queries
• Manage PF, ESI, and ensure labor law compliance
• Prepare PPTs for training and recruitment programs
• Train and guide HR assistants

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an HR Manager (Manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strong English communication & presentation skills
• Good knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll, and labor laws
• Proficient in HR software / HRMS
• Strong leadership and people management skills
