Industry: Healthcare Distribution (Medical Devices / Pharma / Surgical Implants)
Location: All Kerala
Experience: 3-6Years

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment & manpower planning
• HR operations, payroll coordination & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws)
• Performance management & employee relations
• HR policy implementation & culture building
• Training, onboarding & HR MIS reporting

Eligibility:

• MBA / PGDM in HR
• Prior experience in healthcare / pharma / medical devices preferred
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
