Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager with 1+ year of hands-on HR experience and an MBA in Human Resources to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, HR compliance, and performance management while helping build a strong organizational culture at Enfelista Technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates
  • Manage offer letters, onboarding, and joining formalities

Employee Onboarding & Engagement

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Drive employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
  • Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements

Performance Management

  • Support goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles
  • Assist managers with performance improvement plans (PIP)

Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR documentation

Culture & Organization Development

  • Promote company values and a positive workplace culture
  • Support training, learning, and development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR operations or HR generalist role
  • Basic understanding of Indian labor laws

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

Preferred

  • Experience in IT / Technology / Startup environment
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
