Responsibilities of this job :
Payroll Management, Recruitment Management, PF Functions, HR Compliance, Hiring functions, Induction, Training & Development, Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement, and employee development. Better than average written and spoken communication. Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees. To manage, create, implement and supervise policies/regulations, which are mandatory for every employee and also have knowledge of its appropriate functioning. Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
Required work experience: 5 - 7 yrs
Skills: Sound Communication skills, Problem Solving skills, Handle work pressure, Independently handling capacity. Communication plays a vital role in organization and HR takes a major role in this.
Education: MBA(HR)

Pay: ₹15,180.58 - ₹43,544.80 per month
