Job Summary:

The Ministry of Skin is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations and processes in our dermatological clinic. The HR Manager will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding -

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards to source qualified candidates.

Employee Relations -

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive work environment and foster employee morale and engagement.

Performance Management -

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance feedback and goal-setting.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs and initiatives.
  • Implement performance improvement plans as needed to address performance issues.

Policy Development and Compliance -

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by employees and managers.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.

Employee Benefits and Compensation -

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll activities.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure competitive compensation packages.

HR Administration -

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements -

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.

Salary: ₹35,000 per month
